I've always admired their beautiful showroom, but it was the personalized, small town service that helped me pick a ring I love! Great selection of jewelry and excellent customer service.

Outstanding. Eddie, Barbara and the rest of the staff are amazing. I've never been disappointed and always appreciate the attention to detail and professional advice. They care about their customers are truly a jeweler for life.

It's a shame Google only allows 5 stars, because Hess & Co. deserves all of that and more. They have been our jeweler one two occasions in the past 5 years. They first sold us our wedding bands and most recently reset an heirloom stone in a gorgeous new setting. The work they do is stellar (thanks, Eddie!), they communicate everything clearly. We won't go anywhere else. We are people who rarely feel comfortable in jewelry stores, and what really sets Hess apart is just how welcoming Caitlin, Barbara, and Eddie are. They're so knowledgeable, kind, and put everyone at ease. If you're unsure of where to begin, they're the place.
